Milk Hall

You can view through a window the process of making milk and natural cheese from raw milk squeezed at the Kamimarugyu Cattle Barn. A facility where you can learn how it is made and what commitments are involved. You can understand the process from dairy farming to manufacturing. From the observation room on the 2nd floor, you can overlook Makiba Park. Admission is free.
